Andrew Pava
Executive Director, Summer Session 2021
As Executive Director for Must Love Sports: Summer Session 2021, Andrew Pava works directly with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as, industry professionals, to help establish meaningful connections. A Must Love Sports alum (‘20), Andrew knows firsthand the impact this program can have on the professional and personal growth of individuals across the sports landscape. Prior to Must Love Sports, Andrew served as a teacher, coach, and behavior therapist in Massachusetts area middle schools, as well as a program facilitator for Harlem Lacrosse and the Hartford Police Athletic League. His utmost passion is helping to better the community he grew up in at Camp Cedar in Casco, Maine where Andrew spent fifteen years as the Program Director and Staffing Director, mentoring staff members from across the globe as they evolved into hard-working and responsible young adults in an area they loved. Andrew’s mission at Must Love Sports is no different: to aid undergraduate students by developing and cultivating their passion for sports as they take their first steps towards a successful career.
Naomi Cutter
ADVISOR, SUmmer session 2021 // Summer Associate, Summer Session 2020
As the Summer Associate for the inaugural Must Love Sports: Summer Session 2020, Naomi Cutter not only inspired, but also developed, implemented, and coordinated this newly minted alternative summer internship program. Prior to Must Love Sports, Naomi, a graduating Senior, supported the Wake Forest University football, basketball and baseball teams through her passion for data and analytics. Additionally, she participated in community programs to help engage young female athletes whose sports were impacted by the pandemic, while also serving as Captain/President of Wake Forest’s club lacrosse team, navigating changes and making key modifications in an ever-changing environment. Naomi will join the Miami Dolphins as a Coordinator in the Business Solutions Department.
